2025 Vantage National Masters Wrapped

The 2025 Vantage National Masters delivered everything we’ve come to love about this iconic tournament—a packed week of fierce competition, camaraderie, and exceptional hockey in Whangārei and Kaikohe.

It also served as the selection ground for our national teams heading to Cairns in May, where they’ll face off against Australia in a Trans-Tasman Masters three-test series. More on that soon.

With 91 teams, 1,400 players, and 251 fixtures, the competition, crowds were not short of hockey action.

Pulling off an event of this scale is no small feat, and enormous credit goes to Northland Hockey Association for delivering a world-class tournament and special mention must also go to the satellite venue in Kaikohe, with leadership by Tiffany McQueen.
